🔻 95% OF BABY FOOD IN AMERICA CONTAINS ARSENIC, LEAD, CADMIUM, AND MERCURY. THE COMPANIES TESTED INTERNALLY. THEY KNEW. THEY SOLD IT ANYWAY. THE LABEL SAID "ORGANIC."

In 2021, the U.S. Congress subpoenaed internal documents from the top baby food manufacturers in America. What they found: every single company had internal testing showing dangerous levels of toxic heavy metals in their products — and sold them anyway.

The results — from the companies' own labs:

Up to 91 times the maximum safe level of arsenic.
Up to 177 times the maximum safe level of lead.
Up to 69 times the maximum safe level of cadmium.

These are not trace amounts. These are not "within acceptable limits." These are 177 times what is considered safe for a human adult — fed to a 6-month-old infant whose brain is forming.

The American Academy of Pediatrics has stated: there is NO safe level of lead exposure for children. None. Any amount causes irreversible neurological damage. And they were feeding infants 177 times the limit.

A former quality assurance director — 9 years at one of the four companies named in the congressional report:

"Every batch was tested. Every batch showed metals. We had a color-coded internal system — green, yellow, red. Red meant above our own internal threshold. We shipped red-coded batches for three consecutive years. The directive came from above: 'The FDA has no enforceable limit for these metals in baby food. Until they do, we ship.' I raised it twice. Both times I was told the same thing: 'If we pull every batch that tests hot, we lose 40% of production. That is not a business decision we can make.' I left in 2019. Nothing changed. Internal code: QA-FLAG-2016-2019."

The first solid food most babies eat is rice cereal. Rice absorbs 10 times more arsenic than any other grain. They knew this. They made it the first food recommended to every new parent in America.

The FDA was informed. They created a program called "Closer to Zero." It is 2026. The limits are still not enforced. Not a single product was recalled by the FDA. Beech-Nut recalled ONE lot — only after Congress published the report publicly.

The label says organic. Organic certification does not test for heavy metals. It never has. You paid more for a word that means nothing in this context.

🔻 THE OIL IN YOUR FOOD WAS MACHINE LUBRICANT UNTIL 1911. A SOAP COMPANY REPACKAGED IT AS FOOD, PAID THE AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION TO CALL IT "HEART HEALTHY," AND MADE YOUR GRANDMOTHER THROW AWAY HER BUTTER.

Cottonseed oil. Used to grease machines. Make soap. Fuel lamps. Toxic waste from cotton production — so worthless farmers dumped it in rivers.

In 1911, Procter & Gamble — a soap company — hydrogenated cottonseed oil into a white solid. Called it Crisco. Marketed it as "healthier" than lard. A soap company told your great-grandmother to stop using the fat humans ate for 200,000 years and cook with processed industrial lubricant.

In 1948, Procter & Gamble donated $1.7 million to the American Heart Association — $21 million today. Before that, the AHA was small and irrelevant. After it, the AHA became America's dietary authority. First recommendation: replace saturated fat with vegetable oils.

The company that sold the oil paid the organization that tells you what to eat. Public record.

Then Ancel Keys. 1958. The "Seven Countries Study." He had data from 22 countries. Published 7. The ones showing saturated fat was harmless? Removed. The ones showing sugar was the killer? Deleted. The U.S. government built its dietary policy on his fraud.

A former nutritional epidemiologist — 14 years at a federal dietary committee:

"We reviewed Keys' original datasets in 2009. All 22 countries included — the correlation between saturated fat and heart disease disappeared. The correlation that appeared was between vegetable oil consumption and cardiac mortality. We submitted the analysis. Returned with one note: 'Not consistent with current guidelines.' Reference: FNAB-2009-0441. Never published."

Since 1900, soybean oil consumption increased 1,000-fold. Linoleic acid in human body fat rose 136%. Heart disease went from nonexistent in 1900 to the #1 killer by 1950 — the exact period seed oils replaced animal fats.

Every restaurant cooks in it. Every packaged food contains it. Every chip, cracker, sauce, dressing, frozen meal. You cannot avoid it without cooking every meal yourself.

Your inflammation. Your weight. Your brain fog. Your gut. Not aging. Poisoning — 3 meals a day since birth.

Cook with butter. Tallow. Ghee. Olive oil. If the label says "vegetable oil," "canola," "soybean," or "sunflower" — it is industrial lubricant with a food label.
