Excellent talk on long-term outcomes after pediatric AKI from Cherry Mammen! Bottom line: after AKI, kids are at higher risk of CKD, kidney failure and hypertension. Current follow-up is suboptimal (only ~20% see a 🫘 doc post AKI). We need AKI follow-up guidelines! #ASNKids22
