I have carefully studied your leveraged ETF products in detail. I made my purchases approximately 20 minutes after the crash, at a time when the extreme volatility had already calmed down. Despite this, you executed a rebalancing around October 11, 2025 at 01:00 CET, which effectively wiped out the value of my ETF positions.

My tokens should not have been affected by the crash itself. Therefore, I demand a clear and specific explanation of why the value of my tokens was reduced to near zero despite entering the market after the major drop.

Please provide me with:

The exact time window of the alleged “high volatility” that supposedly caused my loss.

The exact price deviation between my purchase price and NAV at the time of my transactions.

A transparent explanation of why rebalancing impacted positions opened well after the main event.

I want to make it absolutely clear: this situation is unacceptable. You are providing only generic explanations, without actually investigating my specific case.

I am already escalating this matter to my legal representatives. I will also be filing an official criminal complaint and submitting a formal report to the Národná banka Slovenska, which will be forwarded to EU regulators. In parallel, I will directly contact EU regulatory authorities myself to initiate an investigation into this incident.

Additionally, I have already been contacted by other affected https://t.co/6KpFE0aeg4 clients. We are organizing through public channels (X platform) to file a collective legal action and regulatory complaints.

Please note that I am not only claiming the initial loss of 15,000 USDT, but also the lost profit opportunity, as I invested in long ETF tokens that have been moving upward since the event.
