On the 24th June we welcomed Ben McMichael to the #MageTeam as a Business Admin Intern, as part of the @CareerReadyUK programme. We're delighted to show him genuine work experience as well as allowing him to discover new skills and confidence to aid him once he finishes.✨

So far, Ben has been a great help around the office, especially to his mentor Alan Mackay, and has been extremely proactive by consistently asking for new tasks as he finishes them - which takes him no time at all!

In Scotland, innovation and creativity are in our DNA.
A great example is the world's one and only rotating boat lift, the Falkirk Wheel. It's a unique fusion of art and engineering, embracing modern tech. with ancient principles 💙.
