@2BEgypt Finally as I didn't accept such illogical attitude, they sent voice message, your laptop is in the reception, come and collect it, you discuss yourself with dealer. Really shame this happens from a company that appears professional

I would like to bring to the responsible manager attention that I have a very bad experience with your warranty or technical team. Bought laptop from your store in City stars since 2.5 months, now one button found broken, this is because of bad usage.

I request the responsible maintenance manager to solve the issue, not to tell me go yourself and check with the dealer. When buying the product, they let you feel , you are 100% protected, when problem happens, they say what is equal to "go to hell". Very bad experience.

After less than 3 month, pay 50% to change button in keyboard , for sure manufacturer problem, it is not spilled liquid on keyboard, not falling down of the laptop, not a single sign of misused action.

- في عام 1973 طلب الرئيس الجزائري السابق هواري بومدين من الإتحاد السوفيتي شراء طائرات وأسلحة لإرسالها إلى المصريين عقب وصول معلومات من جاسوس جزائري في أوروبا قبل حرب اكتوبر بأن إسرائيل تنوي الهجوم على مصر ، وباشر الرئيس الجزائري اتصالاته مع السوفيت لكنهم طلبوا مبالغ ضخمة فما 👇🏻
