I’m incredibly proud of these two girls. They both broke through the 5:20 barrier in the 1600m today. They’ve come a long way, and many more milestones to come.
Congrats @niamhm_c on your 5:13 finish and @AllieWeinhardt for running 5:19. 🙌

So, it’s twin (or triplet) day at Stratford. Three of our State bound athletes decided to go old-school and wear their @sfmsbobcats athletic gear. Maybe we wear these for the State meet? 🤔

[Shawn Siemers @Siemers_XC_TF]

The Stratford varsity XC girls crushed their fartlek workout this morning, running 12-minutes of 5:45 or better pace 🔥 for the “on” portion of their workout. Keep an eye on these girls in the fall!
