How wonderful is the old Magherally COI. The Brontë sisters grandfather was married in this church. Help us preserve the heritage of Magherally! Say no to the expansion of Gibsons Quarry.

Just some of the beautiful wildlife that will be impacted by Gibson Bros proposed quarry extension (as identified in their own eco report) not to mention the two active rabbit warrens that will have to be destroyed to make way for more mining. Help us help them!

Did anyone see this week’s chronicle? This is Gibsons Quarry outside Banbridge. Any application has been submitted to expand it and in the process wipe out active rabbit warrens and fields of natural habitat. Help us by lodging an objection this weekend. DM us for the link 🐇

The beautiful old Church of Ireland in Magherally. The Brontes grandfather married in this church and Irish poet Helen Waddell is buried in its graveyard. Unfortunately it’s now at risk fr the proposed extension to Gibsons Quarry. Please help by lodging an objection. Retweet!

Please help us this weekend by submitting objections to the proposed expansion of Gibsons Quarry outside Banbridge. Active rabbit warrens will be destroyed, habitats bulldozed. Residents right to peaceful enjoyment of their home obliterated. Please re-post 💔

@KennedySinger you sang the Flower of Magherally but now the beautiful Magherally is at risk of being lost forever if Gibsons Quarry is granted permission to extend. Can you help raise awareness? This is what we are fighting to save…💔
