First game of the summer league ends with a 1-0 loss but lots to build on. Not least welcoming our new star signings Oliver HS and Reuben alongside our now perm super stopper Oliver J. Both MOTM go to our 2 Oliverβs for assured performances in defence and goal. Boss to be back
Last game of the season the boys done well to come back again and win 3-1, Michael wonπ for always driving the team forward which included a fantastic hatrick β½οΈβ½οΈβ½οΈ thanks to @HightownJFL for another brilliantly organised league which caters for teams of all abilities. ππ»ππ
Great little battle today with 2 evenly matched teams and a very rare 0-0 draw.
For the second game in a row Keeper Jake H wins parents π for a calm display sweeping up any thru balls and coachβs πgoes to Jake W who was a constant threat up and down the wing all game.
Competed well for the first 40 mins against a team 2 divisions up in the cup. last 20 their class showed, ending up with a 8-1 defeat. Goal Henry β½οΈ, MOTM awards went to Jake H πJosh π& Oscarπ but for periods every lad put a shift in, letβs take positives into the next gameππ»
Same as the last couple weeks, started well got an early goal but then lost focus and ended up with a 1-1, positives are that the boys are picking up points and creating chances. Well deserved MOTM awards go to Micheal πin midfield and Jake H π in goal. Another goal for Henβ½οΈ
Similar story to last week but again on a postive the boys came back from 2-1 to draw 2-2. Goals Henry β½οΈ and OG β½οΈ. Very well deserved MOTM goes to Oliver J and Jacob D who both covered in goal doing a half each whilst also playing well out in the other half. We go again ππ
Not the best performance by the lads but they carried on going and came away with a 2-2 draw to end the winter league. Goals Henry β½οΈ Jacob D β½οΈ, well deserved MOTM go to Jake H for keeping us in the game with great saves and Franky for a brilliant assist. ππ

Some really good patches of play today, should have won but a 2-2 score isnβt a bad result. Both goals β½οΈβ½οΈ and both MOTM awards go to Lucas ππ he battled hard in midfield from minute 1 and his great performance was topped off with 2 goals, one in particular was a screamer. π

Only 7 players yesterday but what a magnificent 7 they were. Absolutely worked their socks off and fought for each other from the first whistle to the last, ending up being unlucky for only drawing 1-1. Good goal from Noah β½οΈ and no surprise that the entire team won MOTM ππ
4-0 down at half time the boys decided to turn up eventually losing 5-0 in an evenly matched second half. Levellers out the way we can now concentrate on our same level league. The 2 MOTM awards for sterling defensive displays go to Michael (parents) π & Josh (coaches) π

Tough game against a quality TQ team, we competed well for the first 60 mins but finally ran out of steam, eventually losing 6-0. Both parents and coaches MOTM ππwent to super stand in Keeper Oliver J who was immense. 2 more levellers to go then the season can start. ππ
