(Hello friends, I was hoping to have a new story up for February but a number of unfortunate personal things have happened recently, and I've been unable to focus on anything particularly creative as a result. Hopefully I'll be back in March! Thanks for sticking around!)

You might only notice her in your memories, but she's always there somewhere, looking out for all of us, showing us what to cherish and doing away with pain. With her blessing, the many hardships in life will simply fly by, and the moments you love will seem to last forever.

He offered his hand. The scholar took it.

Nobody knew what happened to the crazy old wizard in the clifftop tower. He'd been up there for longer than the village had been settled.

Lightning and sea-churning storms used to wrack the coast, some wild experiment or display of might.

Until one day, they just stopped.
