Goons attack protesting health care workers in Wote, Makueni County.

It's very disturbing to even contemplate that these rogue faces are the ones who come to the facility in acute pain, sometimes without money or SHA. I have seen my clinicians go the extra mile and fill up waivers for patients in dire need. For them to be harassed like these, is very heartbreaking.
Some lost their phones and valuables, some were trampled on and got bruises, and a colleague sustained a midshaft humerus fracture.

Shame on us, Makueni County! 😭
