Indian consumers deserve fair return policies.

When a product arrives defective on Day 1, customers on platforms like @Amazon and @Flipkart are often told to contact the brand for replacement instead of getting a quick return or exchange from the platform itself.

This shifts the entire burden to the customer and causes long delays and unnecessary frustration.

In many countries, customers get simple 30-day no-questions-asked returns. Why should Indian consumers face stricter policies?

Requesting authorities to look into this and ensure fair treatment for Indian consumers.
