This is Charu, the Etruscan god of the underworld. He is often depicted in tombs next to Vanth but regularly holds a sort of hammer, perhaps to fight off evil spirits as he escorts the recently deceased. His quest requires you to help a family and restore the Sibylline texts.

This quest is based on Ovid Fasti 5's description of the Lemuria. Here you will need to perform a ritualistic cleansing of this house to rid the Collatinus family of its ghastly disturbance.
