@TWilsonOttawa@droid1963 They need to protect the police more. Terrorists need to fear us I would have taken him. There would have been damage to the building. There would have been a flame thrower a few dozen thunder flashes and that apartment would have been uninhabitable for the foreseeable future.
@GunOwnersofCana@dwidlydoo Also this could have been the strategy all along. Push through an illegal OIC with a minority. By the time it gets the SC and gets dissolved they now have a majority to ram it through. Also nothing stoping them from doing it now. So hold on it’s about to get bumpy
@TWilsonOttawa This will likely go late in 2027 because the decision will be several months after they hear the arguments and then the 90 days start. There are some loop holes. I suspect it will get extended even after that.

Our statement on this important development:
The CCFR welcomes the news that the federal government is extending the amnesty protecting gun owners and businesses from prosecutions associated with their ill-fated gun bans and compensation program.
We suspect that the government realized that a defeat at the Supreme Court of Canada after collecting guns and or prosecuting those in non-compliance would be an untenable position for the Mark Carney's Liberals.
We look forward to presenting our case to Canada's Supreme Court and achieving justice for law-abiding property owners and businesses.

They created this day in response to National Range Day and intentionally put it the day before. Just more proof they try and blame legal owners for the crime they unleashed and they’re petty children. They aren’t serious about public safety 🇨🇦
“Ottawa’s gun buyback program “diverts extremely important personnel, resources and funding away from addressing the more immediate and growing threat of criminal use of illegal firearms,” said the National Police Federation 🇨🇦
