Currently have spent 9k… have completed $250 of work. I’m upgraded to an 8GPM and am ready to go for next month! closed $3600 of estimates for April, and have 3 estimate’s scheduled!
Power was rig is 95% set up.
Tested the hose reels, fixed a few leaky connections, and fired up the softwash pump today. Just need some pipe thread seal to set and I’m off to the races. Will wash my first driveway tomorrow.
Framing: “I’m just about fully booked for the next two weeks, but, I know I could slide you in to see the house if I can show up at 5 or 5:30pm later today”
I’m going to pre-frame every one of my inbound customers. “So how did you hear about us? Did ya see us on local news story? Or are you a personal reference, or maybe Better Business Bureau, google, or Facebook?”
Just a run on sentence for social prof and authority framing.
I’m going to use an assumed upsell close with my customers: customer wants a roof wash.. show up at house and close it. “Oh you didn’t even know about our 50% ad on service this month? It’s half off concrete wash or deck cleaning. Which one do you want?” $150 upsell
I’m going to fluid film all of my equipment to prevent rust and corrosion. I’ll keep my truck incredibly clean, inside and out, and even brighten and polish the rims. First impression can make or break a sale. Or a contract from a huge account.
I’m working a full 9-5 now, but I’m making sure on a DAILY basis I’m knocking out some kind of actionable step towards building my business. Every single day something happens or I will have failed to meet the standards I have set for myself.
I’m keeping a task “to do” list on an excel sheet. I’ll highlight what’s finished and keep it as a shareable reference so that anyone that wants to can look at my minutes for my entire business. From zero to 100k per month and beyond.
@AlexHormozi I’m starting my business in March. I’ll sell pressure washing service while I learn to grow. Grow and hire a bunch of sales guys and trucks. Then sell lead gen and sales consulting. Then sell the media and sales process to grow other companies. Sound familiar?
I’ll have a well made ad that advertises a “100% free driveway cleaning” giveaway to kickstart my business. In the ad I will list ALL my services and sell myself, and at the end I’ll tell them…..
2. Boosted Facebook posts. I’ve developed my video skills in the past and I know I can make some awesome Facebook ads. I will convert message leads to appointments and then close deals face to face.
Paid service is Footbridge Media, for $250 per month indefinitely. Too many pressure washing contractors (from social media and personal) have recommended it. If it works for others it will work for me. #smallbusiness#pressurewashing#softwashing
My first goal before even having my equipment together is to figure out how to get leads.
1. I’m starting with a paid service to run a website that does seo, Google My Business and daily “recent job” geotag “blog” posts. This will rank me on google.
