New NHS figures released today show that almost a third of staff feel burnt out because of their work and less than half claim they can meet all the conflicting demands on their time at work.
Although there has been an increase in the percentage of workers who feel that their organisation takes positive action on health and wellbeing, there is still much more to do.
We believe there is no healthcare without self care and our aim is to drive a positive wellbeing support culture for all healthcare workers.
If you are a medic struggling with burnout, please come along to our free weekly support group. To sign up, visit https://t.co/G2u5P6L2jC 💙
