@ScotRail Well done #scotrail two nights in a row. 19.26 Edinburgh via Cumbernauld Cancelled. Excellent service!!! Poor is being generous. Would love to know what the ombudsman is doing about all these cancelled trains.

@ScotRail 19.26 that was due to leave Glasgow queen street to edinburgh. Stopping at springburn, gartcosh, greenfauld Cumbernauld. You cancelled these stop and made the first stop Falkirk Grahamston.

@ScotRail excellent service from Scotrail again Edinburgh train via Falkirk Grahamston, sprinburn, gartcosh, greenfauld, Cumbernauld Cancelled. 19.26 hrs excuse a broke down train on the line. Poor poor service. ombudsman needs to investors the service Scotrail provide. Poor.

@ScotRail new Edinburgh route via Cumbernauld is terrible, late running yesterday and now Cancelled the 7.50 from Greenfaulds this morning. It's supposed to improve the service not make it worse!

@nlcpeople @nlcwinter Yes I am aware this is a Secondary route, however correct me if I am wrong should still get gritted once all the A routes are done. But this never seems to be achievable. This could lead to serious consequences and possibly put peoples lives at risk if no one takes action.

@nlcpeople @nlcwinter Greenfaulds Station car park not gritted. Extremely dangerous for passengers using the station. Please action. Tractor grits the path to the School, but not the car park. Why?

@nlcpeople @nlcwinter Palacrigg Road and Waterhead Brae in Cumbernauld are dangerous. Black ice, caused several car accidents Police had to close the road. No gritters, lack of public concern. Still no grit on road tonight. Please action before someone gets hurt.
