🇫🇷 FRENCH GUNMAN ADMITS DELIBERATELY TARGETING MUSLIMS

The gunman who killed one person and injured seven others in a shooting spree near Paris last week has admitted that he deliberately targeted people he believed were Muslim, African or North African.

Kévin T., 39, told investigators that his attack on October 23 was premeditated, according to France's national anti-terrorism prosecutor, Olivier Christen.

He also admitted choosing the town of Trappes because he considered it a "haven for Islamists".

The gunman opened fire with an automatic weapon in Trappes and nearby La Verrière, killing a 26-year-old man and injuring seven people, including an 11-year-old girl.
