Dear @BurgerKing I am writing to file a formal complaint against your Burger King – Raipur City Centre (Chhattisgarh) outlet for extremely unprofessional behaviour and complete service failure during my visit on 24/11/2025 at around 4:10 PM.
I ordered a Value Meal (IN Reg Meal Combo) which included a Coke, and the payment was fully taken. However, your staff did not provide the Coke despite multiple reminders. I spoke to the manager Vipul and other team members, but instead of resolving the issue, they repeatedly asked me to “wait” and showed no seriousness, no urgency, and no respect towards the customer.
Even after several requests, no effort was made. This behaviour reflects poorly on the brand and shows a shocking lack of accountability.
I have:
The bill/receipt as proof.
CCTV evidence clearly showing that the Coke was never given
Video recordings of my discussions with staff.
Photos of the outlet.
I am prepared to file a Consumer Court case and also register a police complaint if necessary.
This is not acceptable from a global brand like Burger King.
I request:
1. A written explanation from the Raipur City Centre branch
2. Disciplinary action against the responsible staff
3. A refund for the incomplete order, along with compensation for the inconvenience caused.
4. Assurance that such negligence will not happen with other customers
If I do not receive a response within 48 hours, I will be proceeding with a Consumer Court complaint (CPA Act, 2019) along with submitting the CCTV footage and evidence.

Yesterday, I visited Burger King, Raipur City Centre (Chhattisgarh) and ordered a value meal that included a Coke. Even after taking full payment, the staff did not provide my Coke. I requested multiple times and spoke to Vipul (Manager) and other staff members, but they kept telling me to “wait” and made no effort to resolve the issue.

I am filing a complaint with the Consumer Court. I also have CCTV proof and will be filing a police complaint as well.

🚨 #CoinDCX Alert — My Account Wrongfully Blocked 🚨
On Feb 12, 2024, CoinDCX mistakenly credited my account twice with 187.345 $XRP.
They never informed me through any official email, message, or call at that time. No action was taken for almost a year.
Now, in Oct 2025, when XRP’s value has grown from ₹8,000 to nearly ₹50,000, they suddenly claim it was a “technical error” and are asking me to return it — blocking my account in the process.
I also deposited fresh cash in my account after that transaction. CoinDCX had full control to adjust or block the amount back then, but they didn’t.
Why should a user pay for an exchange’s technical and compliance failure after one full year?
This sudden recovery attempt and account freeze are unethical and illegal. I’m ready to take legal action if this isn’t resolved immediately.
👉 Requesting @CoinDCX to unblock my account immediately and own up to their operational mistake instead of penalizing a genuine user.
