@ibdgirl76 I paid cash for my one medication at a compound pharmacy for the past 20+ years because I don’t want to look for the medication every month after putting in a pre-approval that can take up to 7 days to authorize and to look around for it is a 🚩 It’s cheaper & less stressful!

I actually rejoined the world recently. I bought a car for the 1st x in 22 y.’s on May 2nd off of my only friend ( ripped me off ) and found out that my fast growing tumor was indeed cancer on May 5th!

On 9/29/2020 at age 51, while in the ICU after hitting the cath lab to get stents, following 5 widow-maker heart attacks in a 22 hour period my first meal they sent up was a cheeseburger that looked 10 x’s worse than this! JS! This is America not Switzerland!!😹

If someone cooked that for me, I would be grateful and eat it. Meanwhile, for many American families, this is what they can afford, and they would be grateful just to have a meal.

Eating healthy costs money, and for countless American families who don’t milk the system but stretch their own hard‑earned dollars. They do the best they can to make a meal for the people they love.

It doesn’t make them careless or “less than” — it makes them resourceful and resilient. It’s all in how you look at it, and how healthy your heart is when you choose whether to judge or see things with understanding and respect.

it is very strange that we are in a place in this country where if a "patient" lies to their doctor, gets a controlled substance in order to sell it, and if the doctor doesn't realize this is happening, that the narrative is the diverter of the pills is a victim of a "broken system" and therefore deserving compassion, while it is ok for the doctor to be held responsible and investigated.

Viewing everything through the lens of "victims of a broken system," while removing all personal responsibility isn't progress, it is aligned with Marxism, and is not meant to build anything up, but to destroy.
