Had a terrible time with delayed baggage on @lufthansa @Lufthansa_India flight from Delhi - Milan on 19t June. It’s day 3 & no sign of bag. Despite numerous followups there’s no info. No one from the airlines has reached out either. Absolutely not expected & unacceptable.
