In less than a year, we have, Alhamdulillah, established a Centre of Excellence for Special Education in every district of Punjab, one of which I had the honour of inaugurating today. I also formally launched the School Meal Programme, which will provide all 45,000 children in 303 schools with enriched milk and biscuits.

It was a deeply memorable experience to spend time with these wonderful children and to personally review the therapy rooms, smart classrooms, Braille learning facilities, and their beautiful artwork. These children are shining examples of courage and capability. Listening to their parents moved me to tears.

InshaAllah, I will do everything in my power for these children and their families, because they are not only our responsibility. they are our pride.
