Why are you charging twice to customers ? Is all the flights getting old and u r not able to run the airlines business is this reason? U r not allowed me for Boarding before 50 minutes and asked me to rebook next flight, I have all proofs and video and will upload !

@IndiGo6E The second flight from the indigo side was also late by 1 hr and when regular pax complained that its regular delay ... Might technician issue due to Old Aircraft...You may check CCTV footage or I can share video
