@IGADsecretariat Somalia administration controls 20km around muqdisho and still there is no functioning government while Somalililand has its own functioning state for the last 33yrs. The question is why IGAD always supports the failled states like Somalia?

Somaliland has been a peacefull state for the last 35yrs while Somalia has been the home of terrorist organiztions more than 35yrs,there is no a functioning government and also there is no peace and security at all,the current administration only controls 40km aroundmuqdishocity!
