@docriturajmitra @rohini_sgh @ankit_khanna But still their is not much increase in % of people speaking Engl. w.r.t total popn .Anyhow what i particularly think is that India needs one language which is understood by majority of people.I respect your opinion too as u don't consider language as a barrier to Communication.

@docriturajmitra @rohini_sgh @ankit_khanna In vich langage SouthIndian should interact with NorthIndian and viceversa .As u said that for official purpose u can use English as only 10.67% of Ind. Pop. speaks English and for informal coversation u said it is up to localpeople as local langage in that case is incompatible.
