@Cool21669320@prudhvi_lyrics It all depends on how our advocate is going to prove that in the Court and convince the judges.
The facts have been very clear from the beginning because of which many Institutions decided to postpone their exams.
Ours didn't and now we have to fight for it.
@Cool21669320@prudhvi_lyrics Of course the case has merits as it is potentially violating our fundamental rights by making us choose between going to vote Or writing exams when it is very clear that any student would go with the latter and consider the former as a waste of time.
@Cool21669320@prudhvi_lyrics Jaise high Court ke judge ne pucha ki Kaun se law ke hisab se ICAI Lok Sabha elections ke bich main exams conduct nhn kar sakta waise hi Supreme Court ka bhi judge dekhega ki koi law involved hai kya
@prudhvi_lyrics The case would be evaluated on the question of law and I am afraid it is heading towards the same conclusion as it did in the High Court.
And what about the advocate representing us leave at the end moment? Which means that the new person has such less time to prepare.
@manishrg7 Can you give an idea whether the case has enough merit to get admitted for a regular hearing?
It has already been questioned and dismissed in the High Court.
@Thisissamarpit Let's pray that our advocate can show that our case has merits for a regular hearing and can get it admitted in Court.
Though I highly doubt it would end up with the same question as it had in High Court.
@ThePradeepRawat Commendable efforts but the results would be the same. I don't understand why some people are getting so hopeful and wasting the last few days when they can actually make amendments to their preparations.
