Accountability is needed and firing Knoblauch for this year was the right thing to do. His constant line shuffling and the way things were going with his assistant coach hires caused him his job.

You absolutely can. The average NHL coaching tenure is less than 2.5 years. Kris Knoblauch is the 10th longest tendered coach in the NHL.
