أنا أم أسافر مع طفلين صغيرين (مواليد سبتمبر 2022). هذا ما فعله @flyadeal بنا الليلة:

❌ حجز مؤكد على رحلة F3-655 من الرياض إلى لاهور في 30 مارس الساعة 00:05 (المرجع مُرسل للشركة عبر البريد الإلكتروني)
❌ في الساعة 9:06 مساءً — قبل أقل من 3 ساعات من الإقلاع — تم نقل حجزي إلى 13 أبريل دون موافقتي
❌ رحلة F3-655 كانت في موعدها تماماً — وأقلعت الليلة
❌ في الساعة 10:34 مساءً كانت @flyadeal تبيع مقاعد على نفس رحلتي بسعر 2,269 ريال — 'مقعد واحد متبقي'
❌ ذهبت إلى المطار — قيل لي 'اتصلي أو زوري المكتب'
❌ تأشيرة ابني السعودية تنتهي غداً 31 مارس 2026

أخرجوا أماً وطفلين من حجز مؤكد — ثم باعوا مقاعدنا بخمسة أضعاف السعر — وتركوا طفلي الصغير في وضع مخالف للإقامة دون أي ذنب منا.

📸 رسالة SMS الساعة 9:06 مساءً
📸 الرحلة تظهر 'في موعدها' على تطبيق الشركة

🚨 URGENT: INVOLUNTARY DENIED BOARDING + CHILD VISA EMERGENCY
I am a mother traveling with 2 toddlers (born Sep 2022). Here is what @flyadeal did to us tonight:
❌ CONFIRMED booking on F3-655 RUH→LHE 30 March 00:05 (reference provided to airline via email)
❌ At 9:06PM — less than 3 HOURS before departure — moved to 13 APRIL without consent
❌ Flight F3-655 was ON TIME — it operated tonight
❌ At 10:34PM @flyadeal was selling seats on MY flight for SAR 2,269 — ‘1 seat left’
❌ I went to the airport. Staff said ‘call or visit office’
❌ My son’s Saudi visa expires TOMORROW 31 March 2026
They bumped a mother and two toddlers from a confirmed flight — then resold those seats at 5x the price — leaving my minor child facing visa overstay through no fault of our own.
I have FULL documented evidence with timestamps:

📸 Flight showing ON TIME on their own app
📸 SAR 2,269 resale screenshot with ‘1 seat left’
