@YashRMFC I'm one of those few people who are not taking any sides. I believe in Xabi's vision and the quality of the squad although I have been critical of some of the decisions he made. It's just the hunger and the attitude needs to improve. And I believe with time it will.

@MadridXtra I have criticized Xabi heavily for a few things. But sacking him is not the solution. The problem is much more deeper than that. Cristiano was the greatest player to ever play for us and yet he didn't have such attitude that some of our current players have.

This is not one person's fault. You can fight until the death blaming the one you hate the most and defending the one you love the most. As I always say: The truth is somewhere in the middle. You can't put halos around players or coaches, but you also can't pin all the blame on one individual either.

This is a team that has puzzle pieces that don't match, and a coach who doesn't have the authoritative command to manage it, because regardless of what he decides, there are going to be unhappy players -- and my concern is that Xabi isn't in full control. The next coach probably won't be either. These are the times where figures like Ramos, Cristiano, Modric, Benzema are truly missed. Maybe Xabi can't get to them the way those players could.

I think Xabi is great. I think if you put him in almost any other situation he's building something. I think he will have a very successful coaching career -- if not here, then somewhere.

I hope he can turn it around, but it's not going to be easy.

Part of me sees this team and is reminded of 2010(ish) range. You can see the potential, the superstars -- it's so close but something is missing. This nucleus is going to have to go through a lot of adversity together and it's not quite the polished, finalized squad that is ready to hit its ceiling.

@theMadridZone This team is just not good enough. No coordination in attack. Midfield is a mess. Defensive woes. Xabi does share a lot of the blame but these guys are supposedly the best players in the world, EVEN WITHOUT A COACH they shouldn't be this bad!!! I see no hunger. No leadership.
