Underrated life advice: Keep a list of the people who believed in you early. The teacher who pushed you. The boss who took a chance. The friend who told you to go for it. Every now and then, reach out. Update them. And tell them just how much you appreciate what they did for you.
My biggest fear!!! Fake drugs. This menace must be dealt with, and fast. People are literally dying, including children. Worse still, it's not just drugs alone.
shamelessness or insults is not something you buy in the market or be proud over. Anyone can be. You are just badly behaved if you resort to insult when someone clarifies or opposes you or even says something you don’t agree to
Do you truly believe that there’ll be any appointee that are is willing or sincere in fighting insecurity when it affects each and every one us directly or indirectly ??
And also “there’s nothing complex about fighting insecurity” - really surprising you believe so
This government has failed in its responsibility plain and simple.
There’s nothing complex about fighting insecurity if a government is willing and sincere.
I know fake drugs in Nigeria is a problem, but what I heard today from a very reliable doctor, really scared me and made me sad. They found fake chemotherapy drips that was essentially water being administered to patients
thanks. I didn’t expect anything other than an insult. The good thing is God sees everyone’s heart and knows what you don’t know. Was simply trying to make a point like you did. You can engage further by insulting. Suite yourself. But undertand that just as you state your opinion, everyone of us is allowed to aswell
May Allah bring relief and peace. May he destroy all the agents of doom and those that engage in any form of violence or terror.
Truly heartbreaking seeing videos, i sympathize and pray for relief Insha Allah
Kaduna State alone is 2 times the size of El Salvador both in land size and population. The complexity of Insecurity in Nigeria is much greater than anyone can imagine. May God bring relief and may the efforts of those truly putting their all yield results. It’ll get better 🙏
For those saying the government is doing its best to tackle insecurity in Nigeria, El Salvador under President Nayib Bukele is a practical case to prove that it’s an absolute hogwash and they just don’t care!
In March 2022, the government declared a state of emergency and began mass arrests after 87 people were killed in a three-day outbreak of gang violence. Within weeks, reported homicides began falling sharply. By 2023–2024 (2 years later), the country had recorded a dramatic and sustained reduction in reported crimes.
This was not a fluke. It was a result of active government intervention. Nobody can even dare argue that we don’t have the resources to pull something similar. What is the total number of bandits ffs? How many camps and dens to they have? How difficult would it be to storm those camps and annihilate them? Let’s get serious ffs!
If you are betting on a Country, bet on a country that is projected to be top 15 global economies within the next 20 years. Ask ChatGPT and all your other AI tools and Nigeria will always be part of that list
If you are an entrepreneur start whatever can do, or you’ll be here to watch others and more painfully so the Chinese take everything and profit from the prosperity
There's no two ways about it, Nigeria is primed for success. Connect Finish the Kano-KD-ABJ-Ibadan-Lagos by rail, thus easing up logistics and fascilitating bigger trade volume of the nation's most populous belt, finish the AKK, thus addressing Arewas fundamental causal factor for poverty, Energy poverty, OB3 gas pipeline will double the volume of gas to the SW, making more energy available and input for agricultural produce complete the coastal road, linking up Lagos and the ND directly, boosting real estate and linking up the 2 most viable economic regions of the nation easily, ie ND & SW, integrate our databases through NIN and implement the new tax laws to push our tax to GDP ratio to 15%.
Get these fundamentals right, and I believe Nigeria can become a $1 trillion economy and a middle power on the scale of Turkey, Brazil, Indonesia and Mexico by 2035.
Our growth will also help stabilise the Sahel and lift millions out of poverty.
I genuinely believe the future is bright. Our generation may yet inherit the reins of a nation that has finally begun to realise its enormous potential. 🙏
