The reason you are still poor is because you are shy. You are too scared to put yourself out there because of what people think or what they will say.
Look around you. There’s one common thing among successful people. From CEOs to successful entrepreneurs, skit makers, content creators, artists, footballers, traders, and so on — they are very shameless.
The word shame is very foreign to them. While you are there doing mental gymnastics about executing an idea, they are already doing it the moment it comes into their head. That is why they are successful.
Shyness has no single advantage. It won’t take you far in life. Everything you want is on the other side of shame and cringe.
Dear future gurl-friend,
In as much as I would want our relationship to work, babe, trust me, I won't be approaching it blindly.
No games, you'd have to come clean with me. Tell me everything.
I would love us to be surrounded by people who genuinely support what we’ll be building, not people who’ll pull us apart.
No manipulation. No mind games.
We’ll learn each other, grow together, & figure things out as a team.
Most importantly,
if you ever feel the urge to betray me while together, please tell me first.
I’d rather we break up amicably to save you the stress of sneaking as you cheat.
In truth, I want one woman for life.
No games. No deception. Just us.
With Sincere Love,
Ug🥀

THE MORE YOU EXPLAIN YOURSELF, THE CHEAPER YOU LOOK.🔥💪🏾
Confidence doesn’t come with a caption.
When you’re solid in your decisions, you don’t need anyone to understand them. You move. You act. You let the results speak.
But the moment you start sending that long message breaking down why you did what you did, you’ve already lost. You’re not clarifying. You’re begging for approval.
Over-explanation is insecurity wearing a suit.
A man who walks away from a bad deal in silence looks powerful. The same man who walks away and then writes three paragraphs about it looks shaky. The words didn’t add value but they exposed doubt.
Your actions should be coherent enough to stand alone. If they’re not, more words won’t fix that. Better decisions will.
Learn to let things land without a disclaimer.
Silence, used with intention, hits harder than any explanation ever will.
Be guided 👏
here are 10 solid financial tips they won't teach you in school, but i will:
1. if you can't buy it multiple times, you can't afford it. not once. not barely. multiple times. if one purchase empties your acc or gives you anxiety, it's probably a liability not a flex.
2. wealth isn't measured by what you earn but by what you keep. most people get a raise and immediately upgrade their lifestyle, that's why many people earn more every year but never build wealth.
3. your 20s are for building not performing. you don't need the newest car or designer clothes every weekend. what you need is valuable skills, discipline, strong networks and capital.
4. learn the difference between needs, wants and impulses. a surprising number of purchases are emotional decisions disguised as necessities. wait a few days before buying. if you still want it, it may be worth it. if not, you were just buying dopamine.
5. your income rarely outgrows your value. luck can create opportunities, but skills create consistency. the more valuable you become, the higher your earning potential.
6. start investing early, even if the amount is small. time is one of the most powerful forces in finance and your biggest leverage. consistency over many years beats large investments made too late.
7. avoid lifestyle inflation. every increase in income doesn't require an increase in spending. let your investments grow faster than your expenses.
8. an emergency fund is a necessity not a luxury. having money set aside for unexpected events keeps one bad day from becoming a financial disaster.
9. debt used for consumption makes you poorer. borrowing to impress people is expensive. if you must use debt, understand exactly how it benefits you and what it costs.
10. learn how money works before chasing it. understand inflation, interest, assets, liabilities, taxes, investing and compounding. you can't consistently win a game whose rules you don't know.
look, most people aren't financially behind cos they're incapable. they're behind cos no one taught them the fundamentals. social media won't make you wealthy overnight. discipline, knowledge and patience, repeated over years, will.

things you will learn the hard way:
1. be careful how much you give, not every touching story deserves a transfer. if you are not careful, one day you will be the next touching story.
2. keep your past in the past, not everyone deserves access to your history. if you choose to share it then first evaluate the person’s maturity, wisdom and exposure.
4. not everyone deserves access to you. some people are meant to be loved from a distance so be selective about who you let into your life and pay attention to patterns not promises.
5. keep your relationship issues private, resolve conflicts discreetly. your friends, siblings and associates don’t need a front row seat to your problems. if outside help is needed, speak to a qualified therapist together.
6. stop oversharing your ideas with random people. today’s casual conversation can become someone else’s business tomorrow so move wisely and protect your vision.
7. don’t be so good that people stop seeing you as human. kindness is a strength but boundaries are necessary. people are loyal to what they benefit from you, not necessarily to you. learn the difference.
Imagine you and 4 friends start a pure water factory. Total cost is ₦5 million. Each person puts in ₦1 million. Each person owns 20%.
The factory makes ₦1 million profit in a month. Your 20% share is ₦200,000.
Demand grows, distributors want more, and someone offers to buy your 20% for ₦3 million. Your ₦1 million just became ₦3 million.
That’s exactly how the stock market works. Replace “pure water factory” with BUA Foods or Zenith Bank. Replace the 5 of you with millions of shareholders.
You’re buying a piece of a real business. That’s all a stock is.
Small things that aren't small for me.
1. Good morning texts
2. Voice notes
3. Unexpected texts
4. +4 messages
5. Showing interest
6. I heard that you like this
7. This reminds me of you
8. Unexpected calls
9. Remembering my birthday
10. Small updates even when busy
11. Small video clips
12. Sending songs that remind them of me
13. Laughing at my bad jokes
14. Have you eaten?
15. I saw this and thought of you.
One thing that means a lot to me is when you take pictures or videos and send them to me. I want my gallery to be full of your photos and videos.
Also, before you post any pictures on your social media accounts, send them to me first. If you take a picture and post it on your WhatsApp status without showing me beforehand, when I see it, I probably won't comment on it; I'll simply ignore it.
I love being the first person to see your pictures and videos. I'll even tell you which ones are my favorites, and together we can choose the cutest ones to post. It's one of those little things that may seem insignificant, but it means a lot to me.
I feel a certain way when you go out, take pictures, post them online, and don't send any of them to me, expecting me to see them the same way everyone else does. I always want to have the exclusive privilege of hyping you up and complimenting you before anyone else gets the chance.

Men are so private online. A guy could be moving to another country or having his first child, and he’d still only post a random football score on his story.
Face-to-face conversations will save your relationship. Voice calls & voice notes will too.
There’s a huge difference between hearing the words your partner says & reading a text.
In the heat of an argument, texts are terribly misread.
A saying goes, "The reader detects the tone of a text." Meaning the reader can easily assign a tone you never intended, especially when emotions are running high.
Typing crap and arguing behind a keyboard only builds resentment and can eventually lead to a breakup.
The moment a misunderstanding hits the deck, end the chat and call your partner.
The more you text, the heavier the explosion becomes.
A partner who genuinely wants peace will seek clarity.
A partner who keeps texting just to fuel the provocation is choosing conflict over resolution.
