@WeBuildBC @Dave_Eby Another cost increase for the builders. Small, but the mindset is what has caused the cost of permits, fees, regulations etc to soar to hundreds of thousands of dollars on a project, millions for a larger developement. Costs that get passed through to the end renter or buyer.
