@timex how many times does a claim have to be made to “fix” a watch? 1? 2? 3? After third time watch still not fixed. I called cust serv and made it clear I wanted a refund and now I’m getting the run around. I’ve been VERY patient. Please help me.

This has still not been resolved and no one is getting back to me. What kind of service is this? I have a faulty watch that has been "fixed" three times. I want a refund - it shouldn't be this difficult to resolve. The next step is filing this with the @bbb_us
