We are stranded at the Bangkok airport and the airline ( Bangkok airline/ EVA) is not providing any assistance although we have started journey with the same airline this morning from Koh Samui. What should we do in this case? Thank you

@Parcel2Go There is nothing smooth about your shipping journey. Our parcel was booked and paid for collection on 12th Feb. Nobody showed up to collect , no communication or update. Thee we chased up ( wasted our time), Parcel2 Go offers us another date as if no fault of their own.
