I turned 35 today. Here are 3 things business lessons I wish I understood earlier:

1. Making money is one skill. Keeping it is another.

Earning is important, but real wealth comes from understanding how to retain and grow what you make. Tax efficiency and smart structuring change everything.

2. Who you surround yourself with matters more than you think.

Education is valuable, but your environment shapes your outcomes. The right people will raise your standards, your thinking, and your results.

3. Use debt strategically.

Debt isn’t the enemy when used correctly. Leveraging other people’s money, especially in an inflationary world, can accelerate your path to financial freedom.

These principles completely changed how I see money, business, and growth.
