There should be some consequences for drivers cancelling. If i was to cancel i get charged a fee? Broken system. Very unlikely to use the app again tbh

@FreeNow_IE struggling to understand the point of this app when all the drivers turn off the app cause you take such a high comission and as a result I couldn't get a taxi. Two drivers cancelled on me tonight after waiting ages on the app. 1/2

@IrishRail when there is deylays could you not provide an estimated time of the next trains. People have work. 3 times in the last three weeks and why are these deylays not refunded/compensation. Not to mention the loss to salaries. Absolutely ridiculous. 🙄
