بالکل وقت آگیا ہے کہ مقبوضہ کشمیر کو فتح کر کے پورے کشمیر کو پاکستان کا حصہ بنایا جائے۔ اگر کوئی صرف آزاد کشمیر کا سٹیٹس بدل کر متنازعہ حیثیت ختم کرنے کا مشورہ دے رہا ہے تو وہ پاکستان کے 78 سالہ موقف کی نفی کر کے مقبوضہ کشمیر ہمیشہ کیلئے بھارت کو سرنڈر کرنے کا کہہ رہا ہے۔ وہ مودی کے پانچ اگست 2019کے موقف کی حمایت کر رہا ہے کہ کشمیر اب حل شدہ مسئلہ ہے۔ ایک طرف ہم کہہ رہے ہیں مقبوضہ کشمیر سے تعلق رکھنے کیلئے بارہ مہاجر نشستیں ختم نہیں کریں گے اور دوسری جانب یہ رائے کہ مقبوضہ کشمیر کو چھوڑ ہی دو اور اقوام متحدہ والی قراردادوں سے بھی پیچھے ہٹ جاؤ صرف آزاکشمیر کا سٹیٹس بدل لو ؟ اتنے بھی برے حالات نہیں آئے کہ پاکستان کشمیر پر اپنے اصولی موقف سے دستبردار ہو جائے ۔ آزاکشمیر پرامن ترین خطہ رہا ہے اس وقت بھی جب دوہزار چھ سات سے پندرہ سولہ تک پورا پاکستان بدترین دہشتگردی کا شکار رہا، آزادکشمیر میں سکیورٹی فورسز پر ایک بھی حملہ نہیں ہوا، دو چار دن کا احتجاج ہونے سے تھوڑی افراتفری مچ گئی ہے تو کیا اس کو جواز بنا کر مودی والا کام کر گزریں؟ بھول جائیں لاکھوں قربانیوں کو؟ سید علی گیلانی کے آخری الفاظ ہم پاکستانی ہیں پاکستان ہمارا ہے بھول جائیں؟ سبز پرچم میں سینہ ٹھوک کر بچوں کو دفن کرتے والدین سے آنکھ چرا لیں کیونکہ اسلام آباد میں بیٹھے کچھ صحافیوں کے دل میں اس خواہش نے انگڑائی لے لی ہے؟ اور کیا کاغذوں پر لکھی عبارتیں بدلنے سے مسائل حل ہوجاتے ہیں؟ کیا بھارت نے مقبوضہ کشمیر میں پانچ اگست 2019 کے بعد امن قائم کر لیا ہے؟ پہلگام سے سنبھلے نہیں کہ راجوری میں بیس دن سے ہزیمت اٹھا رہے ہیں (گوگل سرچ کر لیں کیا چل رہا ہے)
مسئلہ کشمیر استصواب رائے سے کشمیری عوام کی امنگوں کے مطابق حل کیا جائے گا، یہی آج دن تک ریاست پاکستان کا سرکاری، سفارتی اور حقیقی موقف ہے ، اس موقف سے انحراف پاکستان کے اصولی موقف سے انحراف ہے

Glad to see the courts continue to uphold Zahir Jaffer’s sentence. The #NoorMukadam case feels as haunting today as it did in 2021. What also needs to be said is that mental health cannot become the go to defense plan every time a privileged perpetrator commits a horrific crime. Mental illness does not inherently cause people to commit acts of torture, murder, or violence against women. Their attempt to frame this case through mental illness is dangerous and a disservice both to Noor and to millions of people living with genuine mental health conditions. And if their argument is that Zahir Jaffer was so psychiatrically unwell that he could not be held responsible for his actions, then how was he working in a therapeutic setting at Therapy Works in the first place? This case exposed more than a brutal crime. It also exposed the urgent need for proper regulation and oversight in Pakistan’s mental health sector. Noor deserved justice. And mental illness is not violence. Violence is violence. Let’s stop pretending otherwise.
May Allah give sabr to Noor’s brave family.

• Down payment of 11,970,000 (1 crore, 19 Lac) was paid in 2015
• Remaining amount was paid in installments and completed in Tax Year 2022
• Final payment was made from the proceeds of the Khanewal land sale
• Total cost of apartment was 34,000,000 (3 Crore, 40 Lac Rs)
