My order #356231445 contains emergency medicines for my mother. Yesterday, the delivery executive didn't even bother to call, falsely marked "door locked" when everyone was home, and ignored 19-20 calls from my sister.

This is an urgent medical necessity. If this reckless behaviour continues, this will be my last order on your app.

Hey @BlueDart, @BlueDartCares received an "out for delivery" SMS today and stayed home all day. At 6:09 PM, I suddenly get a message saying "Consignee Not Available"—total BS and a fake update! Nobody even called. Absolutely worst service ever. 😡 #BlueDart
