Minerva server maintenance overnight Dec-18 ,19. Innovative will upgrade the Minerva server OS early AM Dec 18. Innovative will upgrade Minerva Sierra 6.1 to 6.2 early AM Dec 19. Services will be unavailable during both events for approximately 2-4 hours.

The Ursus maintenance is completed and Sierra now running build 6.2. Local clients will need to download new jar files upon first connection. Please report any issues via our ticket system.

Mainecat server maintenance overnight Dec-4/5 and Dec-5/6. Innovative will be performing a required OS core upgrade on the Mainecat server late tonight and tomorrow night. On both nights from approximately 12AM-4AM all Mainecat services will be unavailable.

Ursus server migration completed and is now live in new hosting environment. Mainecat OS upgrade was rescheduled for July 1st due to a technical issue. Please open tickets to report any issues, thanks.

Mainecat server will be down approximately 2-5AM EST on June 24th for a Red Hat OS upgrade. During that time all Mainecat services will be down.

Ursus server migration early AM of June 24th. All services will be down for an unknown period of time. This migration will result in new server IP and new SDA network limits to allow only MSL, BPL, LLEG and MIN. Please open support tickets with any questions, thanks.

Ursus will be upgraded to Sierra 6.1 on June 18th 9-12PM PST (early June 19th EST). During the upgrade all services will be briefly down during the commit phase. Please open support tickets with any questions.

The issue affects any non local item renewals but the hotfix has been applied and I confirmed it has corrected the renewals crashes. Libraries must reboot their local Sierra sessions for the patch to update, please report any more issues to ticket systems, thanks.

III believes this issue only affects Minerva to Mainecat renewals and will apply a patch today. Once they do so we will update as libraries will need to reboot SDA sessions for the patch to apply.

Minerva Sierra renewals are crashing SDA and Sierraweb. This issue has been submitted to Innovative with critical flagging. As a temporary workaround perform patron renewals by webpac via specific patron credentials-- Use private browsing sessions. https://t.co/i5tWmLZEKL

Minerva Sierra 6.1 upgrade overnight May 29th from 9-12PM PST. All services will be briefly down during commit phase. New Sierra sessions launched May 30th will require ability to download new .jar files. Please open support tickets with any questions.

Update: The DML website is still experiencing issues this morning. We have identified the issue and hope to have resolution in the next 1-2 hours.
