As I have warned Kenyans, be extremely cautious with bandits with zero ideology, zero integrity and thuggery as vision. I told you so. Patel and @ProfKibwana are the ones who stopped Linda Mwananchi Party from getting registered.
ODM must engage the RECALL provision; otherwise the Constitution means nothing. Own goal! Always listen to me when I speak!
@mohammedhersi Your thinking reminds me of those parents whose children get to enjoy chapati and chicken only because it was prepared for visitors and they happened to leave some chicken feet in the hotpot after they were full. Nkt!
@mohammedhersi Those Mara National Park, those tourists, and that nonsensical ministry you call 'Tourism and Wildlife' exist only because the Maa people conserved it for thousands of years. So we can't even begin to care about tourists if we don't care for the local person.
@mohammedhersi How can you confidently say that whatever grievance the Maa people have, that they shouldn't have blockes the road.
Were we building the road to develop our people or tourists?
We can't talk of tourism while ignoring the owner of the land where that tourism is taking place.
@mohammedhersi Listening to you makes me nauseated. The effects of colonialosm and imperialism are so loud in your statements.
How can we begin to talk about tourists and them being inconvenienced before we address the local?
The Colonial Root of the Name “Sonko”
The name Sonko did not begin as a political brand. It began as a twisted version of “white man.”
Among Kikuyu of low income, anyone with money is spoken of as a white man - 𝑚𝑢̃𝑡ℎ𝑢̃𝑛𝑔𝑢̃. That is how you are greeted when you land at a carwash, a kibandaski or the local home pub. Cash does not only buy respect. It borrows the face of the settler.
In the Eastlands ghettos the word was modified to Mu-Sonko by people who could not fluently pronounce Kikuyu accents. From there it was cut down to Sonko. That is the simple origin of the name.
Later it was hijacked by Gideon Mbuvi for political expediency.
It is a celebration of self-hate and low esteem among a people who view success only through the lenses of colonialism.
How the church taught gratitude to the invader:
The root of this social construct dates back to the early 1800s, when white missionaries landed in Kenya. To incentivize black communities to hand over their land and choose a life of labour and slavery, British colonialists hiding behind the church donated blankets to Kikuyu communities. The blankets carried smallpox.
Local medicine men were unfamiliar with the infection. It was new on the continent, introduced by European invaders. They could not immediately diagnose what they were seeing - and so they could not treat it as leprosy or as anything they already knew.
The white man had discovered antibiotics and could treat the disease he had introduced. Healing was not administered in hospitals alone. It was combined with the church. After recovery, locals were told to extend their gratitude to the church that had healed them.
That is why, even today, there are phrases such as “doctors treat but Jesus heals.”
With that optical illusion, Kikuyu communities were lured into worshipping the colonialists.
The church composed a song to demonize local medicine men, labelled “𝑎𝑛𝑑𝑢̄ 𝑎𝑔𝑜,” (witch doctors) in the line 𝐾𝑤𝑎 𝑊𝑎𝑖𝑛𝑔’𝑎 𝑁𝑑𝑖𝑔𝑎𝑠ℎ𝑜𝑘𝑎 - I will never return to the local medicine man; I have discovered the Bible which healed me.
It is almost like how William Ruto creates a problem and then pretends to solve the same problem he created. That is a British colonial construct.
Finishing the livelihood, then handing out coins:
The colonialists also introduced a livestock-killing disease called rinderpest and the invasive weed Prosopis juliflora, known locally as 𝑀𝑎𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑛𝑔𝑒. The aim was to finish off the black man and his sources of livelihood and make him dependent on coins handed out for slaving on colonial farms.
Today the practice continues through World Bank and IMF Structural Adjustment Programs (SAP’s), odious debt and liberalization, under which local production was replaced by importation.
The colonialists haven’t stopped and are tainting our political space with the human version of invasive weeds, projecting brutal killers like Fred Matiangi as options to replace war criminal and mass murderer William Ruto.
They are propping up the corrupt United Opposition of long serving geriatric fossils and the Linda Mwananchi bandwagon of scammers led by trigger-happy Babu Owino, TV bimbo Edwin Sifuna and conman James Orengo. They want to continue looting Kenya with reckless abandon.
When all that fails, colonialism rears its ugly head through abductions, extrajudicial killings and the judicial persecution of critics and dissenters. The more things change, the more they stay the same.
It is not by accident that our so-called leading candidates comprise of the following:
—A former KANU youth winger, a certified tribalist, who supported the brutal one party dictatorship from the 1980s to 2002, became a billionaire selling air to Kenyans, a former deputy president who supported abductions, illegal detentions, torture and extrajudicial killings until he was impeached.
—A former KANU organizing secretary who supported the brutal one party dictatorship and detention without trial from the 1980s to 2002, a quintessential coward and hypocrite who became a billionaire selling air to Kenyans, and a man whose first name is Watermelon.
—A former powerful cabinet secretary whose only claim to fame are the number of civilians he abducted, illegally detained, tortured and murdered; the billions he stole by selling public land, military equipment and air; being a Mossad and CIA asset; the number of court orders he disobeyed; and the innumerable abuse of power and constitutional violations he engaged in.
—A former secretary general of a major political party and a legislator who has introduced zero legislation; supported the despotic and barbaric human rights violations of Uhuru Kenyatta; a man who took tens of millions kickbacks in Parliament and openly supported the extrajudicial killings from 2018 to 2024; a man whose signature graces the Blood-based MoU; a man being bankrolled by one of the most brutal and plundering slave owners; and a man with zero ideology, zero vision and 1000 kilograms of empty rhetoric and slogans.
—An alleged business tycoon who made billions selling air to Kenyans and military equipment to Savimbi and other anti-African warlords; a shadowy figure whose name appears in all past financial scandals such as the Goldenberg, Anglo-Leasing, Eurobond and SGR; a man who has never put in one hour of honest labour but is reportedly one of the wealthiest people around.
—A former chief justice who failed to eradicate corruption and incompetence in the judiciary for more than 6 years; a man who spent his entire life during the one party dictatorship quiet like an envelope, and who has zero ideology, zero vision and no ability to articulate even rudimentary ideas on governance.
—A former YK’92 coordinator who made billions of shillings selling air, public land and brutalizing Kenyans during the one party state; a pathological liar who has spent 4 years of his presidency lying, gallivanting abroad, grabbing land, plundering public resources, brutalizing Kenyans and impregnating young women.
And yet you keep yelling about change—something you don’t have the capacity to understand.
Those yelling themselves hoarse about elections and claiming that it’s the only way to remove a president and bring about change should carefully study @HHichilema’s games in Zambia and remember what @KagutaMuseveni did in Uganda and @SuluhuSamia executed in Tanzania recently.
Ruto will do the same things Museveni, Suluhu and Hichilema have done and wailing about it won’t help you.
I have warned you that the only real and meaningful change required under an incurable defective colonial state and system is a REVOLUTION.
The defective colonial state, system and institutions cannot be reformed or refurbished. For Africans to realize liberty, equity and social justice, they must be uprooted, warts and all.
Expecting genuine change from a rigged system is either delusional and/or cowardly. Don’t shed crocodile tears next year and trend #MigunaWeAreSorry.
Telling the truth is a revolutionary act.

This is how IEBC lies to Kenyans and gullible Kenyans swallow it without reading the judgment.
Show us where the court held that the next General Election must be held on 10th August 2027. Quote the paragraph.
The court did not determine the election date to be 10th August 2027. What the court did was identify a defect and allow the relevant constitutional and legal mechanisms to correct that defect.
You cannot take a judgment that merely permits the correction of a constitutional defect and dishonestly convert it into a judicial declaration fixing the election date as 10th August 2027.
The court did not say 10th August 2027. IEBC should stop putting words into the court's mouth.
Read the judgment.
Southern Bypass currently, & there's 2 fatal accidents on this stretch just this morning.
Culpability for the daily accidents on this road falls squarely on GoK
When a parasitic "safety" authority (NTSA) is only concerned w extorting pedestrians, this becomes your daily reality.
Under Article 138 of the Constitution, the IEBC Chairperson has one job: confirm which candidate has garnered 50%+1 of all votes cast, AND at least 25% of the vote in a minimum of 24 counties. Only then can the certificate of winner be issued.
I strongly disagree with the United Bandits: Everyone—despot Uhuru Kenyatta, William Ruto, Rigathi Gachagua, Fred Matiang’i, Kalonzo Musyoka, everyone—should be TARGETED for prosecution for crimes of theft, plunder, abuse of power, violations of the constitution, et cetera, committed against the people of Kenya.
Leaving Uhuru Kenyatta alone means condoning and perpetuating the culture of impunity. Everyone should answer and be punished for their crimes because no one is above the law.
Telling the truth is a revolutionary act.

Every Sunday, long boring tribal rhetoric on TV
She's a cancer that should be avoided at all costs
The Daily Nation’s Desperate Act of Narrative Control
A few days after the High Court declared that Kenya’s next presidential election was constitutionally due in August 2026, the Daily Nation has chosen to look the other way.
Instead of treating Justice Mugure Thande’s ruling as the most consequential constitutional development in years, the paper led with a glossy, pre-packaged campaign titled “Decision 2027.” The front page announced “One year to go,” complete with a carefully selected gallery of preferred faces - Kalonzo Musyoka, David Maraga, Martha Karua, Edwin Sifuna, Fred Matiangi, Rigathi Gachagua - arranged around William Ruto as if the electorate had already been narrowed to this managed shortlist.
No serious engagement with the court’s finding that the election belongs in the fifth year, not after it. No sustained examination of the declaration that the President’s term is not a fixed five years. The ruling was treated as an inconvenience to be minimised so that the familiar 2027 timetable could continue uninterrupted.
To complete the performance, the Nation issued an unsolicited “solemn pledge” of fair and impartial coverage. No one asked for it. The pledge exists to manufacture an image of neutrality while the paper actively shapes the field of acceptable contenders and normalises a calendar the High Court has already found constitutionally defective.
This is not journalism. It is institutional damage control. When a court ruling threatens the political timeline that media houses, politicians and their sponsors have already invested in, the response is not scrutiny but spectacle - timelines, pledges, and a ready-made cast of characters presented as the only serious options.
The Daily Nation has made its choice clear. It will protect the 2027 script, even if that requires treating a High Court declaration as background noise.
Kenyans who still expect the press to follow the Constitution rather than manage it should adjust their expectations accordingly.
