@missldixon @teaglo Give children squares of paper to create bar models. If we know 1/4 =5p, can you build the whole? Shows off so many skills. Do they recognise 4 squares = whole? Do they know the value of each square is the same? If they know 1/4 what is 2/4, 3/4?
