CT Insurance Commissioner - proud to protect consumers with world class regulators at CT Insurance Department. Still love single malts. Views are my own.
I could not be more proud of the national recognition our own Evelyn Boswell received for our commitment to #diversity#equity and #inclusion in the insurance sector. The @naic is leading by example. Thank you to @NatashaBowmanJD and the Foundation for an extraordinary evening.

Goodbye to a man who quietly gave so much of himself. My fondest memory was reaching out to him to mc a charity event in Greenwich. He unhesitatingly said yes, made no demands, asked for nothing but to help, and he was a delight. Condolences to his family. https://t.co/56D2WvWUZM

22-y-o Amanda Gorman’s reading of her poem was stirring. The swearing in of @POTUS Joe Biden and @VP Kamala Harris was inspiring. Democracy prevailed. As it always will if we all work together rejecting lies and division and toward that more perfect union. God bless America
Commissioner Miguel Cardona has been a guiding hand and a steady leader for Connecticut since he assumed his role at the State Department of Education. His career in public education brought him to all parts of the school.
Congratulations to #CID’s Paul Lombardo who has been presented with the 2020 Robert Dineen Award for Outstanding Service and Contribution to the State Regulation of Insurance at today’s opening session of the #NAIC

I want to acknowledge the start of #HispanicHeritageMonth. This is a time to celebrate the Hispanic and Latin culture. Thank you to all of the #Connecticut Hispanic residents that make our state a better place to be in.
