@BYJUS Did he talk about how he plans to ‘fix the endless bad’ done by the company to parents who are fed up with the appalling experience received? Byjus is good at taking £££s upfront but absolutely poor experience to students and nothing to fix it. Shameful !!

Absolutely appalling service to disable passengers. My poor aged mum with pounding heart eventually walked out after being abandoned by staff for over 1.5 hours alone - no wheel chair, no one to off load bags, no help at all !!! Shame on you @HeathrowAirport !!! #pooreldercare
