We are improving security on our coastal waterways. Combating piracy ,high sea robbery and other crimes is our top priority.

We have to develop indigenous capacity in shipping ,especially in terms of cargo ,ownership and human capacity.

We are blessed with 10,000km of inland waterways and about 845 km long coast line .8 of our states have littoral status.We'll make it count!
