Alice is very sick. They told us yesterday she may only have weeks. Today she may only have hours if she doesn't respond to the medicine etc. In ICU. Then we have a difficult decision to make. Either we let her go or intubate her and hope that helps and she gets a new heart

She suddenly deteriorated and went from 0.1 Milnirone to 0.5 very constipated and this was avoidable if the cardiologist listened to me and got the GI consult for her. No need it's not affecting her heart.He did an ultrasound 🙄 really useless @janbartspang
