WHISTLEBLOWER MANINDER GILL:
Senior Brigadier-Level Officer Spoke of “Shooting” Khalistan Activists (Manjinder Singh & Narinder Singh Randhawa) Inside Vancouver Indian Consulate on 15th August
While emphasizing why the recent “Duty to Warn” notices are serious, Maninder Gill, a prominent Indo-Canadian, in a radio interview with Jasbir Romana, recounted a statement allegedly made inside the Vancouver Indian Consulate on 15 August, while Manjinder Singh and Narinder Singh Randhawa were leading a pro-Khalistan rally outside:
“A senior Brigadier-level officer was saying, ‘From my heart, I feel like shooting [Manjinder] — these kinds of people…’ That is what he was saying inside the Indian Consulate.”
“The RCMP must immediately investigate Maninder Gill’s disclosure that a senior Indian Army Brigadier-level officer spoke inside the Vancouver Indian Consulate of ‘shooting’ Khalistan activists Manjinder Singh and Narinder Singh Randhawa. This disclosure is particularly alarming because both men have already received RCMP ‘Duty to Warn’ notices over credible threats to their lives. Canadian authorities must determine who the officer was, what exactly was said, whether the statement reflected an operational intent, and whether there is any connection to the threats that subsequently triggered the RCMP warnings.”

Voice for Justice Raised in Vancouver Over Shaheed Jathedar Hardeep Singh Nijjar Murder Case; Serious Questions Also Raised Over Safety of Sikh Activists
Canadian Sikh activist has been issued a "duty to warn" letter, casting further doubt on the @MarkJCarney government's claims that it has dealt with the issue of Indian 🇮🇳 government foreign interference and transnational repression
The whole segment of foreign interference is not just sending agents into a country and trying to politicise policymaking, but creating social unrest, making neighbours hate each other just because of how they look, how they dress, or how they speak.

WHY
SFJ General Counsel Announced Readiness for “Sikh Homeland Security” (SHS) — a UN-Backed Defensive Force — to PROTECT the Sikh Community Facing Existential Threat Through “THREE WAR ZONES” in Modi’s India.
AND NOW
Khalistan Referendum Activists Are Facing “CREDIBLE, SERIOUS & IMMINENT” THREATS TO LIFE IN CANADA FROM INDIA’S MODI GOVERNMENT
RCMP ISSUES “DUTY TO WARN” NOTICES TO SHAHEED NIJJAR’S ASSOCIATES — B.C. ACTIVISTS FACE LIFE THREATS
In a major escalation of India’s transnational threats against Canadian activists, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) have issued separate “Duty to Warn” notices to three Khalistan Referendum activists, citing “credible, serious, and imminent” threats to their lives.
https://t.co/GjxFf2DaSr
All three individuals are close associates of Shaheed Hardeep Singh Nijjar, the Canadian coordinator for the Punjab Independence referendum who was assassinated in Surrey, B.C., in June 2023.
The RCMP “Duty to Warn” notices span two provinces, detailing imminent and credible threats to Khalistan Referendum activists operating on both the West Coast and East Coast of Canada.
BRITISH COLUMBIA:
On Thursday, 13 August 2026, RCMP executed dual life-threat interventions against high-profile British Columbia-based organizers, indicating a coordinated escalation of risk in the province.
Manjinder Singh (Abbotsford, B.C.)
Three RCMP officers visited the residence of Manjinder Singh to deliver a formal, written warning detailing an immediate, elevated threat to his life.
Singh is a prominent Khalistan Referendum activist and the principal organizer behind the monthly “Shutdown India’s Terror House” rallies staged directly outside the Indian Consulate in Vancouver under the banner “Team Shaheed Nijjar”.
Shutdown Terror House rallies are held on the 18th of every single month to mark the exact date of Shaheed Nijjar’s assassination.
Undeterred by the physical security warning as he prepared for his 38th consecutive monthly consulate rally on 18 August, Manjinder Singh stated:
“Death threats will not stop the Punjab Independence referendum or our ongoing Shutdown Terror House rallies. I remain unshakeably committed to the cause of Punjab independence through the democratic referendum process—the very cause for which Shaheed Hardeep Singh Nijjar laid down his life.”
Narinder Singh Randhawa (Surrey)
Simultaneously, a second key Khalistan Referendum activist, Narinder Singh Randhawa, was served his second formal “Duty to Warn” notice by the RCMP.
An officer contacted Randhawa via telephone while he was actively on the ground in Indianapolis, Indiana, coordinating the 16 August U.S. Punjab Independence referendum voting.
RCMP call marks the second life-threat intervention for Randhawa, who was previously issued his first formal DTW notice by Canadian authorities in April 2026.
ONTARIO: COORDINATOR OFFERED WITNESS PROTECTION AFTER “IMMINENT” THREAT DETECTED
Inderjeet Singh Gosal (Caledon, O.N.)
On 14th August The RCMP served a formal, written “Duty to Warn” notice to Inderjeet Singh Gosal, Khalistan Referendum coordinator for Canada.
The RCMP DTW notice advised Gosal that police had determined a threat made against his life was “credible, serious, and imminent”.
Witness Protection Offer
Citing the severe nature of the active threat, RCMP officially offered Gosal assistance and immediate entry into the Government of Canada’s Witness Protection Program. Gosal formally declined the relocation protocol.
Gosal, who stepped into a prominent national leadership role of organizing Khalistan Referendum following Shaheed Nijjar’s assassination and whose Brampton property was previously hit by gunfire in February 2024, issued a defiant response:
“I appreciate the RCMP for informing me about these active threats to my life. But I would rather take India’s bullet than stop campaigning as a Khalistan Referendum activist.”
“The Punjab Independence Referendum is a peaceful, democratic exercise that the Modi regime is attempting to suppress, but I will not be deterred. I will continue organizing the 18 October Referendum in Alberta.”
SFJ GENERAL COUNSEL GURPATWANT SINGH PANNUN
Sikhs for Justice (SFJ) General Counsel Gurpatwant Singh Pannun stated:
“The synchronized August 13 RCMP warnings in British Columbia, paired with the August 14 witness protection ultimatum given to Punjab Independence referendum Coordinator and activists, prove that the Modi regime’s extrajudicial targeting machinery operating under diplomatic immunity from Indian consulates remains fully active across Canada,” Pannun stated.
How can the Carney government justify expanding business and diplomatic engagement with India while the Modi regime continues to target Canadian citizens on Canadian soil?
Khalistan Referendum activist will not be intimidated into silence.
“The Khalistan ballot will continue to answer Modi Regime’s bullets.” Stated Pannun.

Two More Air India Pilots Fail Drug Tests — Removed From Flying Duty
Following recent concerns surrounding an Air India flight from Delhi to Phuket that encountered severe turbulence, the airline has launched a mandatory drug-testing drive for its pilots.
During the screening of Air India and Air India Express pilots, two additional pilots reportedly tested positive in their initial drug tests. They have been removed from flying duties pending final confirmation.
Around 350 of nearly 5,000 pilots covered under the screening campaign have been tested so far. Final reports for the two pilots are expected within 24–48 hours.
Don’t Fly Air India — Boycott Air India Flights
For your safety, avoid travelling with Air India. Recent reports about pilot drug-test failures raise serious concerns about passenger safety and airline standards.
Boycott Air India until passengers can have full confidence in flight safety.

WHO IS THE TERRORIST?
Pannun, SFJ General Counsel
or
India’s Modi Regime?
A day after Gurpatwant Singh Pannun announced the next Khalistan Referendum in Edmonton, Alberta, Indian media headlines labeled SFJ General Counsel:
“TERRORIST PANNUN”
So the Question is:
Pannun organises Khalistan Referendum to Liberate Punjab From India’s Occupation — exercising political expression through the ballot.
Meanwhile, Indian Modi Regimes R&AW official Yadav is wanted by the FBI in the Pannun murder-for-hire plot, while authorities in Canada have investigated Modi Governments involvement in the assassination of Shaheed Nijjar and ongoing assassination plots against Inderjeet Singh Gosal, the Khalistan Referendum organizer.
YET
Pannun, who organises the Khalistan Referendum, is the “TERRORIST”?
WHO IS THE REAL TERRORIST?
PANNUN or India’s Modi Regime?
