@the_hindu After uninstalling truecaller the spam call numbers have reduced significantly. Its evident trucaller sells customer information to third party agencies.

@Bajaj_Finance I am not satisfied with the given resolution as per snapshot posted here. Only 1 out of 8 shared numbers was investigated. Additonally my question still remains open why all these numbers represent Bajaj Finance and no other NBFC or banks. Seems a clear sub contracting business.

If they are frustrated with just responding, imagine the pain people of India face when these people spam them when they are in meetings, traveling, hospitals. Please do something.

Why only name them and no other bank or NBFC. something you need to consider. This is invasion of privacy. How many no. should I report via DND app.

@Bajaj_Finance Thank you team but as I explained earlier i am not satisfied with the resolution as the today itself I answered 2 calls with caller representing themselves from Bajaj Finance. I have reported them to @TRAI but if you do not want yo take responsibility its completely understood.

@Bajaj_Finance Thanks for sharing the ticket number. I will wait for next one week as cooling off period. If still my number is spammed then will have to log a complaint with your nodal officers. This is invasion of privacy if @Bajaj_Finance care. These numbers are reported to TRAI via DND app.

@StanChartHelpIN I called bludart to inquire on this tracking number. They said the parcel was sent in the name of REWARD 360 and the address mentioned is not mine. Due to privacy policy they did not disclose the address to me. Its a mistake from the seller side. Please check have reordered.
