(Part 1/4)My family shipped a car through GATI SHIFTING SOLUTION (GSTNO 06GAOPP4276D1ZC) on 8th February from Gurugram, Haryana. First they promised to delivery in 20k INR including GST. We paid an advance of 2000/- followed by 15000/- initial payment..

(Part 2/4) They stated that the car will be delivered within 4 days, also claimed that the car is just 250 kms from the destination but we later found out that the car is still in Fatehpur after 15 days of handing over. When we questioned them back they started diverting the call

(Part 3/4) Later they said that we have to pay 30k for additional insurance (which is supposed to be optional) and GST(which they claimed to be added in the original 20k quotation); also threatened that if we don’t pay the amount, they won’t deliver the car.

The driver is claiming that he is stuck in Prayagraj since over a week now and is expected to be in the same situation atleast till Feb end.
Can you please confirm this claim ?
