আমরা আপনার রাজ্যের প্রাথমিক শিক্ষক।এই রাজ্যে মাদ্রাসা বোর্ডের অধীনে চাকরিরত প্রাথমিক শিক্ষকদের থেকে একই যোগ্যতা মান হওয়ার সত্ত্বেও আমরা ওদের থেকে কম বেতন পাই। মাননীয় শিক্ষামন্ত্রী কোনো বেতন বৈষম্য রাখবেন না বলার পরও তা কার্যকর করা হয়নি।সরকার তার কথা রাখুক।

We the Govt. primary school teachers of West Bengal having NCTE norms of qualification are getting Salary as scaleRs.5200-25200 with G.P.-2600, whereas maximum states of India are giving salary as scale Rs.9300-34800 with G.P.-4200.
