1. Strategic Approach to Pi Network:
- Transitioning to Partial Pi Payments from full Pi payments along with fiat currency is an important step to support the growth of the ecosystem.
- The reasons behind this transition include supporting real merchants, pioneering financial responsibility, and encouraging diversity of participation.
- The focus shifts to building a robust business environment where Pi is used for commercial transactions to align Pi's utility with real-world business operations.
2. Challenges in Implementing GCV:
- One of the main challenges is the online ecosystem's resistance to GCV, but Pi Network remains committed to GCV.
- The importance of partnerships with entities that are aligned with strategic objectives to overcome these challenges.
3. Opinions on OM Implementation and Risks Involved:
- Please understand that CT strives to implement OM as quickly as possible, but there is a high risk associated with selling accounts after KYC and selling Pi after migration.
- CT chose to remain silent and not provide a public explanation for certain reasons, such as protecting offenders and maintaining the safety of pioneers.
4. Expectations on OM Implementation by the End of the Year:
- Although CT did not directly promise to implement OM by the end of the year, Dr. Nicolas stated that this year's Pi2Day may be the last before OM.
- CT sees significant progress in consensus pricing as an important first step, and desires to build a strong foundation before full implementation of OM.
5. Message to Leaders and Pioneers:
- Doris Yin emphasizes the importance of education and strategic implementation in the transition to partial Pi payments along with fiat.
- Active cooperation from all leaders is necessary to create a thriving ecosystem with the recognition of Pi as a valuable currency for everyday transactions.

1. Pi is a global currency that needs to be supported by a pioneering community for its mission and vision. Pioneers must understand their duty to develop Pi as a currency by completing KYC, migration, and be willing to become a validator if necessary.
2. Currency has certain characteristics and functions such as durability, portability, and is used as a means of circulation, storage and payment. The current focus is to establish the first function as a “value scale” with support from pioneers.
3. Full Pi payments in the online ecosystem must be priced appropriately to support ecosystem growth. Encouraging the participation of merchants and service providers to join an ecosystem with payments partly using Pi and partly using FIAT can motivate more merchants to join.
4. Transitioning to partial Pi payments along with fiat is important to support real traders, ensure financial responsibility of community members, and encourage diversity of participation in the Pi ecosystem. This will create a sustainable business environment that supports the growth of the ecosystem as a whole.

• Pioneers are not only tasked with performing KYC and Pi migration, but also actively contributing to creating Pi value, supporting ecosystem development, and participating in bartering to produce GCV data.
• By prioritizing ecosystem building and actively engaging, pioneers can speed up the Pi migration process, guarantee success, and reduce the risk of black market activity.
5. Support from the Community and Action Plan:
• Huge support from pioneers for GCV supports Pi partial payments to encourage merchant re-engagement.
• The Pi partial payment proposal has received support from the community in several countries, such as China and the Philippines, with its payment rate flexibility ranging from 10% to 90% in Pi.
6. Global Collaboration and Future Plans:
• A concerted effort by pioneers to engage more merchants in Pi partial payments can strengthen the Pi Network ecosystem and ensure a successful launch of OM with GCV.
• Through collaboration between global pioneers, we can motivate merchants and service providers from various countries to join and contribute to the development of the Pi Network ecosystem.

I just shared with you one pioneer warning some Twitter accounts which turn out pioneers lose all Pi in their wallets.
