African American people enslaved in America were the population minority. Did that majority justify slavery?

FN people offer a suite of alternatives to the ineffective gov interventions, involving things like kinship and solutions to core drivers of violence.

They were stolen originally because of a gov policy that framed itself as caring for the children. The same type of justification of care is being used today.
